報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介：
Sam Kwong (IEEE Fellow, 2014) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from State University of New York, Buffalo, in 1983, and the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada, in 1985, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Hagen, Hagen, Germany, in 1996.In 1990, he became a Lecturer at the Department of Electronic Engineering, City University of Hong Kong, where is currently a Professor at the Department of Computer Science, City University of Hong Kong. His research interests are video and image coding and evolutionary algorithms.
